HEART OF RAW FOOD
A conversation of Recipes
The second edition of Heart of Raw Food was published in 2015 by Sovereign Way as a collaborative project. We created a 300-page full color book over the course of 6 years – a legacy, conversation and collaboration of over 100 all raw and organic recipes. I first wrote the manuscript in 2009 with my mother Tone Anthony, Art of Raw Food founder, on Maui, Hawaii. After her passing in 2011, I later completed the publication alongside artist Marissa Macias with the integration of Sovereign Way. The inspirational result is illustrated with photos for every recipe, stories of travel, honor of the community and insight for healthy living within the design of an art book. Many of the recipes have been adopted to the blog of this site.
